DRAWING CHALLENGE: You are going to create two different drawings Use geometric shapes to design a landscape picture in your journal. Use organic shapes to design a robot or animal.
List as many ADJECTIVES (or describing words) as you can that relate to the image below. Think about all sensory words for sight, sound, touch, smell and taste. Try to come up with at least 10 words. Now go back to your list and add one more describing word to each adjective to create a compound description.
For example "soft light" becomes "soft streaks of light". After creating your value scale and monochromatic scale last class... Please fill out a KWL or Know, Want to Know, Learned Chart about mixing tempera paints; we will review these next class.
Create a comic story of an event that happened over the weekend. Use at least 5 boxes to tell your story.
